SAIT TRojans Weekend REcapsAs a Trojans student athlete, I’ve had the honour of writing SAIT’s sports weekend recaps. This is a paid position and something I’ve taken an immense amount of pride in and am extremely passionate about.

1UP Soccer's weekly newslettersAs I progressed through my career with 1UP, I earned a promotion to lead writer in February 2025, where I now craft 1UP Soccer’s official newsletter titled “Wellsy’s Weekly Overview” which reaches over 4,000 people every week. Portions of the newsletters are then uploaded by me to the blog section on the 1UP Soccer website.

Live events: For this assignment, I used 24 Live Blog to cover the SAIT Trojans vs. Lakeland Rustlers ACAC men’s basketball game on Saturday, November, 15. The undefeated 6-0 Trojans took on the 6-1 Rustlers at the SAIT Bubble at 8 p.m. in Calgary.
